1. Using Folivo
Folivo lets you build and publish a personal portfolio. You are responsible for the content you add and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service.
2. Your account
You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you publish through Folivo. By publishing, you grant us the limited rights needed to host and display your portfolio at your public URL. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Folivo to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or probe the service.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep Folivo available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features over time, and we may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service.
6. Termination
You may stop using Folivo at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.
7. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@folivo.dev.
